Our Customer Service Operators are web enabled, giving TMC the ability to directly “look into” customer systems. An example of this may be the convenience of our operators filling out your existing on-line forms. This eliminates the necessity for information to be duplicated or re-keyed, and guarantees security of information.

This service is proving to be of particular interest to Local Authorities and Insurance Groups.

Scenario

During business hours ACME Insurance company have a policy form which their own CSO’s complete with every phone claim made. ACME Insurance need to provide a 24-hour claim line, but do not want to re-enter data from the answering service to their internal forms each morning. TMC access the internal form via internet faciliation, exactly minimcking the service provided by ACME’s internal staff, without duplication. Once the claim information is logged onto the form, the call centre no longer has a record of the claim data.
