Your callers need never know your ’switchboard’ isn’t even in the same building – we answer in your name, field queries and transfer calls, so you can focus on getting on with your business.

Scenario

Rather than employing a full-time receptionist, callers to ACME first speak to a TMC operator answering as the ACME receptionist. We find the number for the staff member requested, and seamlessly transfer the caller through. If the person requested is unavailable, we take a message and email it through to the relevant staff address, to ensure the call is not wasted.
