TMC operators can speak to your clients or patients, and negotiate a suitable time for their appointment, based on availability information you provide – then inform you when appointments are made or changed, so your diary is always up-to-date. We can also run multiple appointment sheets if you spread your time between different locations. We will sit down with you and ‘nut out’ a process that fits in with your system, is simple, and will work.

Scenario

You’re a medical specialist, or service provider, but you want someone else to manage your appointments for you. Doing it yourself is tedious, but hiring a secretary is expensive: TMC provides a happy medium between the two.

We keep a diary or appointment sheet with your name on it, and keep it up-to-date with your appointments. When a patient or client calls to make an appointment, a TMC operator can see at a glance what times you have available, and if an appointment is made, we will notify you of the change. Furthermore, you are always free to contact us to get an update on your schedule as often as you like. You’re always informed, and always in control.
