TMC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week; we never close.
Message Details are delivered via SMS, Alphanumeric Pager, and Email (or combination of each) within 2 seconds from Call Completion. The option of immediate direct Telephone Contact is available if required.

Transparent Access to Call Activity and Service Related Data
Our Web Enabled Interface allows for complete Interactive Communication between our Contact Centre and our client by providing secure access to Service Related Data; including Call Activity Reports, Updating of On Call Rosters, downloading of Voice Recorded Data, ad-hoc Quality Checking and Data Base Management.
Casual Service Arrangements Available
TMC can facilitate Casual Answering and Messaging Services, from 1 day to 3 months in length. These services are useful in covering sick leave, annual leave, or planned staffing shortages. Once the service is activated, it can be turned on and off as required.
Flexible Service Agreements
We do not believe in locking our clients into any extended contractual arrangement. Unless otherwise agreed, our services and pricing packages are tailored for provision of Casual Service Arrangements from 1 day to 3 months, through to Long Term Arrangements (minimum 3 month) with 1 month Notice Required for Termination.
